VILLA ADELE

New modern private Villa on Versilia coast, just 900 meters from the sandy beach of Cinquale. The place is quiet, close to the main facilities and to Forte dei Marmi village (3km). It is also a nice location to visit some interesting and lovely tuscan cities such as Lucca (15km), Pisa (25Km), Florence (70km). The long sandy beach is perfect for children and to relax enjoying some of the many services offered by the beach clubs in the area. Villa Adele is a very nice property recently restored, equipped with modern comforts and large enough for 8-9 people. It can accomodate groups and families in 4 double bedrooms and a single service bedroom. At the ground floor it has a living room with sofas and a dining table, a kitchen with a central island, a service single bedroom and a service bathroom. At the first floor 1 double bedroom with terrace, a twin bedroom and a bathroom; at the attic floor a double bedroom and a twin bedroom and a bathroom. Outside the house there is a pergola with dining table and a portico with sofas. The house is equipped with AC, wifi, alarm system.
