Old house recently renovated in traditional style located in the hills south of Lucca, a short distance from the cities of Lucca and Pisa. Surrounded by a large fence and covered with olive trees, the property enjoys a relaxing and peaceful landscape. The house has a wonderful swimming pool mosaic (10 mx 4 m / 2.40 m depth – 80 cm, with internal staircase and removable cover ) , equipped with deck chairs and umbrellas. The cottage consists of the main house and a small outbuilding below which is accessed through some steps and allowing two families to spend their holiday together without giving up their privacy . The main house has, at the the ground floor, an entrance in the dining room with table and chairs , fireplace, TV , kitchen, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 bedroom closet ; on the first floor there is 1 bedroom with double bed 1.40 m , another double bedroom ( with double bed 1.30 m ) and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor there is also a large terrace with views of the hills and the pool. An external staircase leads to the annex composed of a living area with kitchen and double sofa bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom with shower. To gain access to the house is a partially unpaved road in the woods easy to follow (900meters).Price does not include final cleaning 120€, electricty on consumption
