Lovely traditional farmhouse located in a very quiet and isolated area on the hills around Pistoia area. The property is immersed in the forest, just beside a nice and small river. The athmosphere is really idyllic for those who love peace and want to relax away from all. The property is composed of 4 apartments and common areas. Outside there is a large space for dining and bbq area, sofas to relax, hammocks and playground for children. There is a nice swimming pool to cool off durig the warm summer days. Despite the isolated location in 10 minutes driving you can reach Pescia village where you can have all the facilities, many lovely and typical restaurants are reachable in less tha 10 minutes driving. On request shops in the area can bring food directly to the property ( fresh pasta and bread, meat etc).
The apartments are renovated in rustic traditional style and well equipped. Apt Ortensia has independent terrace with a table. Located on the first floor, consists of a kitchen with fireplace and sitting area, anteroom and bathroom with shower. The kitchen / living room leads to the bedroom with double bed and to the mezzanine bedroom with two single beds. Apt Roseto is located on the first floor. The apartment has an independent entrance consisting of a short staircase, a small terrace and a garden with a table for dining outdoors. It consists of a large kitchen with a sofa bed, a sitting area with two single beds, a mezzanine with a double bed and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower. Apt Tulipano is at the first floor, independent entrance and terrace with loggias. It consists of kitchen / living room with fireplace and sofa bed, 2 bedrooms, both with double bed and single bed, and 2 bathrooms with shower. Apt La Dolce Vita located on the ground floor, it has a private terrace with outdoor table. It consists of a large kitchen, a large living room with sofa bed, 2 complete bathrooms with shower, one bedroom with double bed and the other with double bed and single bed. From both bedrooms it is possible to access the internal part of the villa with relaxation areas, barbecue area, swimming pool and tables for outdoor dining.
There is also a common area with kitchen and dining room in case guests would like to stay all together indoor.
The property is a short distance from Lucca, Pisa, Montecatini Terme, Vinci and Florence. The area, surrounded by medieval castles, is rich in traditions, history, typical products that you can taste in the various restaurants specialized in Tuscan cuisine near the farmhouse.
